Account Manager – Critical Care Division

The Critical Care Account Manager’s goal is to promote and sell all products and solutions used in the critical care area of the hospital. These activities will be governed by company-defined guidelines and the strategy in a certain geographical area, and in the context of laws and decrees on medical devices. The Critical Care Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager.
ACTIVITIES:
- Promote and sell all Medline products and solutions from the critical care portfolio in your geographical area (Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta).
- Retain and increase your customer base by developing excellent relationships.
- Increase critical care sales revenue and margins.
- Follow up on customer accounts in your area and set individual goals for each account.
- Communicate with KAMs to optimise the global and strategic approach towards key accounts.
- Manage public tenders and price quotations in collaboration with the market/pricing department, product divisions and sales director.
- Inform your customers about Medline products and innovations that meet their needs.
- Actively participate in the launch of new critical care solutions and products.
- Communicate information related to your business on a regular basis.
- Promote Medline’s image to our customers working outside of the operating theatre.
- Gather information on competitors’ products.
PROFILE:
- Degree in business and/or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a multinational company in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of hospital decision-making processes and tendering strategies
- Pioneering spirit
- Very good customer relationship skills
- Strong ability to sell concept solutions
- Ability to persuade and convince others
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
- Based in Torino, Asti, Pavia, Varese
