As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing the business of the assigned territory: Piedmont, Liguria and Valle d’Aosta. Your responsibilities will include the promotion and direct sales of all product lines according to the indications and strategy of the company.
Present and sell products and services in daily visits to public and private hospitals in the assigned territory.
Assist customers in choosing the best products for their needs.
Create a strong and stable relationship with current customers, and create and develop potential new accounts.
Identify and facilitate the resolution of customer concerns or complaints.
Identify tenders and work on them according to deadlines.
Complete reports about customers, issues and analytical figures in a timely manner.
Partner with the Head of Sales and the divisions to define and implement the best product promotion strategy.
Coordinate the company’s own resources to ensure the efficiency of sales achievements.
Respect and comply with the General Policy of the Code of Conduct of Medline International.
Degree from a business school and/or at least 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager in the medical device sector
Knowledge of medical decision-making processes and bidding strategies
Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
Mastery of IT tools (mainly Microsoft Office)
Fluent Italian and good spoken and written English skills
